Olympics - Sports Fan
Michael Phelps is certainly the most decorated Olympic athlete of all time, but is he the greatest? I think what Bolt did at the Olympics was equally as impressive. Very few athletes can even be in a position to win 8 gold medals but does that mean they're not as great?
